1. Information We Collect

When you use Styleday, we may collect:

• Photos you upload for style analysis or image generation.
• Generated images created for you through the app.
• Account information, such as your name, email address, and sign-in provider details when you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Usage information, such as app interactions, feature usage, session activity, and crash or diagnostic data.
• Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, and similar technical details.
• Subscription and transaction status information related to your Apple subscription, such as whether an active subscription exists. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
• Sharing-related information when you choose to share content through the app or generate a shareable link or image.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process your uploaded photos and generate style analysis or image outputs you request.
• Operate account sign-in and subscription access.
• Provide sharing features when you choose to share content.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the functionality and reliability of the app.
• Monitor usage trends, performance, and abuse prevention.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use your photos or other content to train our own AI models.

3. Photos and AI Processing

• Photos you upload are processed solely to provide the features you request, such as style analysis and image generation.
• We may send uploaded photos and related prompts to third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and Google, to generate the requested results.
• We do not use uploaded photos or generated images to train our own AI models.
• We do not intentionally collect, create, or store biometric identifiers or biometric information, such as facial recognition templates or face geometry.
• Your photos and generated images are not shared with other users unless you choose to share them using a sharing feature made available in the app.
• You retain ownership of the content you upload. As between you and Styleday, we claim no ownership of your uploaded photos.

4. Data Storage and Security

Styleday uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other service providers to host and operate the app. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate Styleday, including:

• OpenAI, to process certain AI requests.
• Google, to process certain AI requests and to provide Google Sign-In.
• Apple, to provide Sign in with Apple and to manage App Store subscriptions.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS), to host app infrastructure and storage.
• Analytics, crash reporting, and support providers we may use to operate and improve the service.

These providers process data in accordance with their own terms, privacy notices, and contractual commitments. Their handling of data may include security, logging, abuse prevention, and legal compliance processes.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate sharing features you choose to use, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal data and uploaded content within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or backup restoration processes.

We may retain limited technical logs, subscription status records, and legal compliance records for a longer period where reasonably necessary.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

You may also delete your account in the app or contact us at support@styleday.app to request help with your data.

If you no longer want us to process photos you submit, you should stop using upload and image-generation features and delete your account or contact us for deletion assistance.

8. Age Restrictions and Children's Privacy

Styleday is intended only for users who are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a person under 16 has provided personal data to us, contact us at support@styleday.app and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
