Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Styleday is a fashion and styling service available as a website, mobile application, and related services that allows users to upload photos, receive AI-generated style suggestions, and access related features. These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and Styleday regarding your use of Styleday's services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Styleday. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service if required by applicable law.

3. User Accounts

You may create and access an account using supported sign-in methods such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain control over the account you use to access Styleday. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization, contact us at support@styleday.app.

4. User Content and Generated Content

You may upload photos and other content to Styleday for style analysis or image generation.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Styleday a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, transmit, and use that content solely to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the service features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload, process, and share your content, including permission from any identifiable person appearing in a photo where required.

Styleday may generate edited or new images for you based on your uploads and prompts. Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, Styleday claims no ownership in generated images created for you through the service.

If you choose to share content through Styleday, you are responsible for that sharing decision and for the content you choose to make available.

5. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of Styleday require a paid subscription. Styleday currently offers one auto-renewable yearly subscription through Apple's App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled by you through your Apple account settings before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings on your device.
• We do not control Apple's billing processes and do not receive your full payment card information. Refunds, billing issues, and purchase management are generally handled by Apple under Apple's policies and terms.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

Styleday provides AI-generated style analysis, suggestions, and image outputs based on the photos and inputs you provide.

These results are provided for informational and creative purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or not aligned with your personal preferences.

Styleday does not provide professional styling, medical, legal, or other professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, or otherwise violates the rights of others;
• upload photos of other people without any permission required by applicable law;
• use the service to create deceptive, harmful, harassing, or impersonating content;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, disrupt, or misuse the service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• use the service for commercial exploitation without our prior written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Styleday service — including its design, code, branding, and Styleday's own content — belong exclusively to Styleday. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without express written permission. Your uploaded content and images generated for you through the service remain subject to the ownership terms described in Section 4.

9. Limitation of Liability

Styleday is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styleday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on AI-generated analysis, suggestions, or image outputs.

10. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate access to Styleday if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or third parties, or misuse the service.

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support@styleday.app.

After account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your personal data and uploaded content within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup restoration.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service features. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Styleday after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@styleday.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13. Apple App Store Notice

If you access Styleday through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms of Service and that the license for the iOS app is provided under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
