1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Styleday mobile application and any related services provided by Styleday. By downloading, installing, or using Styleday, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Styleday. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before using the service.

3. User Accounts

You may create a profile to personalise your experience within the app. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You may upload photos and other content to Styleday for outfit analysis. Regarding your content:

• You retain full ownership of any content you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant Styleday a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing AI analysis and app features.
• You are responsible for ensuring the content you upload does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Styleday provides AI-generated style feedback based on visual analysis of uploaded photos. Please note:

• Results are informational only and may not always be accurate or reflect personal taste.
• AI feedback does not constitute professional fashion or styling advice.
• Styleday makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any analysis.

6. Acceptable Use

When using Styleday, you agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the application.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Styleday application — including its design, code, branding, and content — belong exclusively to Styleday. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Styleday is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styleday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on AI-generated feedback.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Styleday at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@styleday.app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service features. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Styleday after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
